Kiran is a core team member of Signium International India and is a Management Consultant by profession. He has around 9 years of experience out of which 4 years in Executive Search. Prior to bringing Signium International to India, Kiran has worked with Arthur Andersen/ Ernst & Young and CRISIL (An S&P Company) in Advisory/ Consulting clients on large scale transformations, building organisation capability, leadership development and managerial assessments.
Kiran has worked on Leadership hiring with clients in sectors like Infrastructure, Financial Services, Professional Services and Pharmaceuticals. Kiran has worked extensively with cross border clientele and specialises in working with teams across geographies and servicing clients.
