Ravi is part of core team of Signium International India. He holds 4.5 years of experience in Executive Search with an entrepreneurial plunge. In Executive Search he has worked within sectors of BFSI, Manufacturing & Engineering and Solar Energy with successful track record of mandate closure like COO, Country Head, President, SVP etc. The core competencies which he brings on the table are: entrepreneur mindset, sector understanding, assessment skills, networking skills, international exposure and structural understanding.
Prior to Signium International he has worked as Consultant- BFSI with ZMG Ward Howell, India. He is an MBA from ISBM, Pune with specialization in Human Resources & Industrial Relation and a Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University along with his graduation he was also pursuing his CS studies from the Calcutta Chapter. He is also a certified green belt in Six-Sigma from AIQMA-USCB, UK. In addition to India, Ravi has led and executed mandates for Middle East and Philippines regions.
